CHOWIE!™ Product Warranty & Practical Lifespan

At CHOWIE!™, we stand behind every piece we make. If your CHOWIE!™ product fails due to a manufacturer’s defect within its Practical Lifespan, we will replace it—no questions asked. To submit a warranty request, please complete our Warranty Request Form and include your original order number.


What Is “Practical Lifespan”?

“Practical Lifespan” refers to the reasonable, everyday wearable life of the product under normal use and care. It is not a lifetime guarantee and will vary by product type, usage intensity, and maintenance. All CHOWIE!™ gear is engineered for the field, but materials will naturally age, and moving parts will wear with use.

When you submit a warranty claim, our Customer Experience team will evaluate:

  • Product category (e.g., tee, jacket, accessory)

  • Intensity of use (frequency and conditions of wear)

  • Age of the item

  • Nature of the defect

If your gear shows normal wear (fading, minor abrasions, or pilling that doesn’t affect performance), it may be time for a replacement rather than a warranty repair.


What’s Not Covered

  • Cosmetic wear (pilling, surface abrasion, pinholes) that doesn’t impair function

  • Expected field damage (snags, small tears, scuffs) from normal hunting/outdoor use

  • Misuse or neglect, including laundering outside of our care instructions

  • Natural breakdown of elastic or waterproof coatings over time


How Warranty Replacements Work

  • Approved claims are fulfilled with an identical SKU replacement.

  • If that SKU is discontinued or updated, you’ll receive the current equivalent or a store credit for your original purchase price.

  • Warranty replacements cannot be backordered—if out of stock, you’ll receive a store credit.


State Regulation Notice

Due to evolving regulations, residents of California may receive store credit only for approved warranty claims on products containing restricted substances.
