Diego Otero is an impassioned and proficient hunter, a certified slayer of giants, and a provider of wild meat for his family and friends. A practiced archer and product savvy, Diego is comfortable on-camera, serving as an aspirational advocate and evangelist for youth hunters, and an emblematic archetype of a conservationist on the come-up.

Since he can remember, Diego has been attending elk camp. His “playground” is the backcountry, where he dogs trophy bull elk, doubles down on Tom turkeys, punches tags, fills freezers, and connects with others living the life. He leans into the land, gains experience and education, and learns what it means to be a good steward for the cause. Diego is completely consumed by a yearning to get out there, honing his senses and craft, developing an acumen and capacity for independence, and engaging in something much greater than himself. Through this journey, he garners respect from peers and elders, alike, with his regard for the practice and purpose bestowed as a responsibility.
