📬 SHIPPING

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx—chosen based on your location and speed.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to feel good wearing it.

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery

  • Item Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags still on

  • Exclusions: Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)

To Start a Return:
Email info@chowiehunting.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll make it right—just include a photo and description.

♻️ Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color within the return window. Email us to start an exchange and we’ll guide you through it.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping if applicable).
